Agency: Environmental Quality Line Item: Water Security Dev Acct - Drinking Water Function The Water Development Security Fund (WDSF) provides funding to administer loan programs. The fund includes the Drinking Water Security subaccount and the Water Quality Security subaccount. State money in the Drinking Water Security subaccount may be applied to meet match requirements for federal funds It is made up by the following subaccounts: - Drinking Water Loan Program;
- State Revolving Fund for Drinking Water Projects;
- Hardship Grant Program for Drinking Water Projects; and
- Drinking Water Origination Fee.
Statutory Authority 73-10c-5 creates the Water Development Security Fund (WDSF) and its subaccounts.
