FY 2016 Appropriation

During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $14,200 from all sources for Individuals with Visual Impairment Fund. This is a 0 percent change from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources.

Statute

Per UCA 53A-24-108, donations are exempt from appropriation, while expenditures are controlled by the State Board and/or written donation agreement.
