Appropriation Overview

During the 2015 General Session, the Legislature appropriated for Fiscal Year 2016, $118,700 from all sources for State Arboretum. This is a 2.2 percent increase from Fiscal Year 2015 revised estimated amounts from all sources. The total includes $118,100 from the General/Education Funds, an increase of 2.2 percent from revised Fiscal Year 2015 estimates.

Statute

UCA 53B-19 outlines the purpose of the State Arboretum at the University of Utah.

Following the University's annual audit, minor changes were made in the FY 2010 actual funding, affecting the closing nonlapsing balances.
