Distinguished Members of The House
Concerning SB 249 this goes against private property rights and Ogden Canyon property owners are against this bill.
Yesterday a Senator (he may have been mis informed) said the property owners in Ogden Canyon supported this bill, this is far from the facts, no property owner I know supports this bill. No property owner wants their property seized.

This bill not completely read could pass as a transportation bill.
For any of the Representatives who don't know The Ogden River Parkway already exists.
As far as safety there were 22 fires set in 3 years deliberatly on the Ogden River Pathway the narrow canyon would go up quickly should this happen.

This bill wrongly allows the government to employ eminent domain at the expense of property owners. Call me for a discussion I know your time is valuable. You may also call property owners Rick Kearl 801-782-1413 Lori Schlichting 801-510-2768.
