Please vote NO on HJR 8 Joint Resolution Proposing a Balanced Budget Amendment to the US Constitution. Claims that an Article V Convention can be contained to one issue are unsupportable. The Constitution does not need amending, and opening it up to change presents the very real risk of losing it all as special interest take control. We need an informed electorate that will hold the President and Congress accountable to the Constitution. The Constitution is the solution -- not the problem.
