A Utah State Legislature Investigation appears now mandated into all facets of the FBI/Marsh/St.Paul's relationship and the related "donations" as made by Eccles/Quinney/Lawson persons amid the now-clear evidence for related FBI corruption/criminalization.
The time has now arrived for the Rev. Caryl Marsh to disclose all these matters in full in Open Session with the Utah State Legislature.
The question has recently become if Utah has witnessed a lengthy series of FBI crimes for the benefit of the Eccles/Quinney Family and other shareholders in the Federal Reserve Bank. This issue has also arisen in connection with UBS Financial Services being reported and alleged in related arbitrary obstructions of a related Client's wire transfers.
The source and reasons of the "donations" made relative to St. Paul's Church and the Rev. Marsh are not easily dismissed as having been outside the nature of inducements paid by Eccles/Quinney/Lawson persons to maintain the silence of the Rev. Marsh of the factors underlying her stated rather extreme FBI influence on her.
The Bowers recorded and transcribed comments about the FBI influences on him in our Editorial Opinion are unavoidably shocking and evidence a broad scope in FBI corruption/criminalization. Clearly also, the Rev. Caryl Marsh was inexplicably intimidated and distraught by matters she refused to disclose. The time has now arrived for her to publically disclose all these matters in full . Attempted homicides are reported. The Requa/Hoover Files were stolen in 1993 through a "continuing crime" as stated and asserted by counsel Dr. William F. Pepper to FBI and Utah U.S. Attorneys.
Pertaining to our prior release of "Open Letter" and "Correspondence" noted below, we attach the following material evidence of recorded and transcribed interviews with Mr. Roger Bowers and the Rev. This was subsequent to the Letter to FBI and U.S. Attorneys by Dr. William F. Pepper dated January 7, 2013 stating that "The evidence clearly indicates that a continuing crime has been committed.." -- in which assessment we must now concur and state that this assessment has been further advanced and made more compelling to a far greater degree:
In our Editorial Opinion, the case stated in the February 11, 2013 Complaint against Mr. Lawson is sufficiently well made and presented, as well as sufficiently supported by that evidence, to compel investigation by the Utah State Legislature in context of the transcripts from the interviews on the FBI influence brought to bear on both Mr. Bowers and the Rev. Caryl Marsh. Attached are the transcriptions of the recorded interviews.
Therefore the time has now arrived for the Rev. Marsh to disclose all these matters in full in Open Session with the Utah State Legislature, and as may also pertain to the Criminal Complaint made against FBI Agent Collins:

In our Editorial Opinion these transcriptions as attached provide clear evidence for criminal actions by FBI persons in instigating the Utah Receivership of 1993 on Banner International for the indicated purpose of defrauding the Requa/Hoover Files. The collection entitled "Bowers on FBI Plus Marsh" leaves this assessment, and that of William Pepper in little doubt. The proximity of Eccles/Quinney/Lawson wealth to the questionable matters is no longer possible to avoid appropriate investigation and action. It is overdue.

Accordingly, we must call for a Utah State Legislature Investigation into all facets of the FBI/Marsh/St.Pauls relationship.
It is now also being noted that the Lawson/Quinney/Eccles interests relate to lines of influence with the Federal Reserve Bank persons. The suggested ability for Federal Reserve Bank influence to underlie these events in these matters is not easily dismissed -- considering the background of the Eccles family and the source of the origin of the Requa/Hoover Files having derived from the founders and directors of that bank having first brought Herbert Hoover and Mark L. Requa together from far flung corners of the world, but having in common that they were the most illustrious mining engineers of their time. To the extent of $100,000.000, finance persons of the highest level closely related to the Federal Reserve Bank did finance Requa and Hoover interests.
