I will be blunt. I don't trust YOU. This is what I see in the bill I HAVE READ MYSELF. --- Urban search and rescue being organized by DHS SOUNDS LIKE A MILITARY OPERATION. Against us? Against who? Are you planning to wage war against us?? Do you think that alarms us????? BIG TIME!! IF THIS BILLS PASSES AS STANDS WITH THAT LANGUAGE STILL IN IT, THAT IS HOW I WILL INTERPRET IT. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT SENATOR???
