Dear Representative,

I strongly urge you to pass HB 342 by Rep. Dana Layton. This bill will allow Utah to create its own high quality standards.  I believe in order for the quality of Education to improve the control over what is taught needs to be at the local and/or State level.  Even though I do not believe this bill is perfect, I feel it is a step in the right direction.
