Please vote yes and pass HB 37. This bill would secure and maintain public access to, and use of, Utah’s public waters and stream beds. It's not fair that public waters are locked away just because a stream goes through private property. As long as an angler enters the water legally he should be able to fish the river as long as he stays within the high water mark.
