I would like to take a minute and email you as the Rules committee.  I support HB37 and as an avid outdoorsman and hunter I feel this bill is a great compromise.  It allows for access to our rivers and streams and prevents frivolous trespassing on private property.   So please vote in favor of this bill.  In the end it will save the taxpayers money with the lawsuit being dropped.
