I support House Bill 37 and I vote and spend money in Utah recreating! I'm from Idaho and am happy to take my money and support there as Idaho's access law is much better than Utah's. HB37 allows reasonable access to what are essentially public waters/fisheries supported by public monies. It's time to treat this like a priority bill. Please lift HB37 out of the Rules Committee and get it into subcommittee.
