Gentlemen of the House Rules Committee,

I am an avid fisherman and youth leader in my community.  Over the years I have found that through fishing I can more effectively teach these youth respect for nature and a responsibility to be a good steward of nature.  House Bill 37 returns access to many of the most serene and beautiful fishing spots Utah has to offer.  I would like to take the youth groups to these places so that they can better understand the gift they have been given to live in our state.  Please return access to the river and streams in our state to the people of our state so that we can all enjoy Utah to the fullest.

Please raise HB37 out of the Rules and give it a chance to better the lives of the citizens of Utah.
