Members of the Utah Legislature and House Leadership,
Please move HB37, Protecting Public Water & Property Rights out of the Rules Committee immediately to allow the debate to take place. I would also ask you to support HB37 when it comes before you in the House. This bill seems like a good compromise that will benefit Utah residents, sportsmen/women and landowners.
