Please support HB 37.  While I support this bill I would add a law making it unlawful for anyone to fish on closed access rivers.  Meaning especially hte land owners.  Further I advocate the loss of water rights to land owners that close or prohibit fishing on their property.

This bill adds sanity to the issue.  While land even the stream bottoms may be privately owned, neither the water or the fish therein are property of the landowners.
