Please support HB37.   Lift it out of Rules and get it into subcommittee.  This bill is a great compromise between Public water access and Property rights.  This issue is VERY important to me and THOUSANDS of other Utah residents, recreators and land owners.  Please support HB37.  Thank you for your time.
