The Office of the Utah State Auditor recently issued the following report:
- Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Report No. 13-31, Financial Account Review Related to Certain Aspects of Internal Control For the Period May 2013 through November 2013
The above report is the first phase of our annual review of DABC required by Utah Code, Section 32B-2-302. While the report notes several issues on which DABC needs to work, in general we found a management team which is focused on restoring public trust and improving the operations of the agency.
