If every elected official truly represented its voters: 
Decisions  made would be in the best interests of the people. 
Right now we have a corrupt system that allows bribery from the highest bidder to rule government.

Political contributions that fit the legal description of bribery break our laws.

Because most all public offices accept money that was given for special treatment, none of the elected officials want to open that can of worms. 
What they don't understand is  "They are the worms."
Corporations under corporate mission laws, violate state/federal Bribery Law.
So far no county, state or federal agency is willing to do their jobs with a legally filed criminal complaint against officials receiving and using funds given with the intent to commit bribery. We the people must raise our voices if we expect our laws to be defended. 
Law-enforcement can't make themselves honor their oath of office, neither can Utah Senate and House members, or the Utah Supreme Courts, or SL county D.A., or SLC-FBI/DOJ, or Utah State Bar, or House Ethics Committee, or SLC police Dept., or we the people.
We cannot be sheep and expect to be treated like human beings.

A true capitalist does not permit monopolies over any commodity, this would violate free trade, the cornerstone of a free marketplace. Ops what law clearly violates this principle?
A monopoly on pain treatment and other related want or need of society. That's right "the Controlled Substance Acts" clearly violate monopoly-anti trust laws and happen to make a elite citizen group with special powers without being an office under oath to serve the people. HOW GREAT THAT MUST BE FOR THEM.
Totally unconstitutional because slavery is not allowed in a constitutional democracy, that is honoring its code of conduct. 
Instead let us break up bribery controlled public offices. Which is why the IRS is not governed by the people.

Then use that information to demand prosecution of crimes against our constitution and citizen voter rights of equality.

Once we end legalized bribery, voter equality will correct most wrongs in our government/society.

Corporations under corporate mission laws, in order to protect share holders money from fraud/embezzlement can only spend money on profit or humanitarian expenditures. So intent to commit bribery is easy to prove in court.
We have been sheep not to demand an end to provable crimes against us citizens. Why we haven't spoken up, our self preservation or survival instinct is to blame.

Because I refused to have the 5 vertebrae fusion surgery, I am no longer able to get any medical assistance or support while I try to heal. The doctor/examiner ask if I was still trying to do the political activist work. I didn't lie, and he then said in a report that my injuries were from past problems and nothing to do with getting hurt at Idaho Youth Ranch.
Months of hard physical labor and good service did not enter into his report. Satan sure has a lot of power over those who have excellent survival advantage, they really like to protect what they have. See monkey behaviors on high mountain hot springs, the advantaged monkeys only allow their family group to enjoy the hot water, everyone else must stay out and be cold. When their is room for all. You might show this survey to those who love justice and mercy for the poor and oppressed of our society.
A copy sent to any attorneys and any other who should take this info and open their oath bound mouths would be a good thing to do. They probably don't even realize they are violating their ethics rules.

The question is simple and straight forward:
Is the act of giving or receiving gifts or promises with the intent to influence a public official unlawful?
Answer the 1 question survey and honor your oath of office. Please return survey to me?
If intent is provable beyond any reasonable doubt: then such practices must be prosecuted, bribery is a crime against our citizen membership.
  Gross misconduct and ethics violations are the least of the charges that should and must be fully investigated/prosecuted by those having authority over such inexcusable behaviors as to accepting or supporting bribery. Bribery is unlawful. The law of bribery is an act against citizen voter equality. Equality of voter powers is the cornerstone of our democracy under a constitution.
We have been silent, those of us who are under constitutional oath of office. Never again can we allow our rules of conduct to be openly violated without voicing our objection in the most vigorous  ways at our disposal. We are citizens of the United States of America and by law, constitutional law, must defend each other's rights to the fullest extent available, within the laws we swore to uphold.

Why must it be called a marriage? It is a civil union.

Allowing other citizens the right to chose for themselves what lifestyle they would embrace is not the same as teaching their choice as a recommended way of life to your children. So we walk a delicate path of protecting individual rights of choice and defending our own right of choice in our schools and other places of gathering.

Tolerance for others rights with respect for our choice when it comes to teaching our own children the principles of a happy fulfilled life, obeying the commands of our conscience. Because of the fact that children are impressionable and do not have founded psychological beliefs in experience and outcomes, we who have the responsibility  to nurture and guide belief structure have the ultimate say in what should be and not be taught as a viable lifestyle for them until they are adults. Homosexual partnerships without science intervention cannot produce offspring, this is the facts. So nature has female and male as a parent structure and is the natural means of raising young humans to adulthood. Beyond those facts this is fairly new territory, protecting freedom of choice for both.

Let us give civil unions the powers necessary to protect the rights of homosexual partnerships without making marriages something different than it really is.
