To the Senate Leadership,

I find this article from The Trib extremely worrisome. The facts show that the Senate seems to have an explicit bias against women and refuses to uphold the State Constitution, which simply and clearly states that appointments must not be decided based upon perceived partisan politics. There is absolutely no reason for the Senate to deny a hearing to the extremely qualified Margaret Plane. I urge you to take action, hold a hearing, and confirm Ms. Plane.
