I have known Margaret for sixteen years. We worked together as volunteers in professional organizations, including the Utah Bar, and as fellow lawyers at Salt Lake City Corporation. Margaret thinks deeply about legal issues and the ramifications of actions. Because of her aptitude for thinking this way, Margaret provides excellent counsel to her clients and colleagues. Indeed, this discipline will also make her an outstanding Court of Appeals judge as she will be sure to listen to and hear all of the parties in front of her as well as raise important questions to help guide the Court's decision making.
