INTRODUCING BILLS

A RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE REVISING SENATE RULES; REPEALING THE BILL
INTRODUCTION REQUIREMENT, WHICH IS COVERED IN JOINT RULES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This resolution affects legislative rules as follows:
REPEALS:
SR-25.17
Be it resolved by the Senate of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Repealer.
This act repeals:
Rule SR-25.17, No Bill to be Introduced After the Twenty-second Day.
Section 2. Effective date.
This resolution takes effect upon approval by a constitutional majority vote of all members
of the Senate.
