7 AN ACT RELATING TO HIGHER EDUCATION; PROVIDING A $2,000,000
8 APPROPRIATION TO UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
9 UINTAH BASIN EDUCATION CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
10 This act enacts uncodified material.
11 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
12 Section 1. Appropriation.
13 (1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $2,000,000 to
14 Utah State University to be used in its extension program to construct the Uintah Basin Education
15 Center in Roosevelt, Utah.
16 (2) The appropriation is nonlapsing.
17 Section 2. Effective date.
18 This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
