APPROPRIATION FOR FESTIVAL OF THE AMERICAN WEST
1998 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT RELATING TO STATE APPROPRIATIONS; PROVIDING A $300,000
APPROPRIATION FOR THE COMPLETION OF FACILITIES AT THE AMERICAN WEST
HERITAGE CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
This act enacts uncodified material.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
Section 1. Appropriation.
(1) There is appropriated from the General Fund for fiscal year 1998-99, $300,000 to the
Department of Community and Economic Development for construction of the Cache Valley
Welcome Center.
(2) The appropriation is nonlapsing.
Section 2. Effective date.
This act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
