    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 5, PROFESSIONAL LICENSE CONDITIONS DISCLOSURE, by Representative G. Cox, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 14:    After "a license" delete "subject to"

2.    Page 2, Line 15:    Delete line 15 and insert "qualified or limited as the result of disciplinary action that is:"

3.    Page 2, Line 29:    After "The division" delete "may" and insert "shall"
