    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 8, STATE TREASURER AMENDMENTS, by Representative J. Murray, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 2, Line 5:    After "(b)" insert "Unless otherwise provided by law,"

2.    Page 4, Line 7:    After line 7 insert:
        "(6) "Warrant" means an order in a specific amount drawn upon the treasurer by the Division of Finance or another state agency."
