Mr. President:

    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee has returned 1st Sub. H.B. 14, MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY INSPECTION, by Representative W. Harper, to the Secretary of the Senate without recommendation and with the following amendments:
    1. Page 7, Line 2: After line 2 insert:
        "(iii) The dedicated credits described under Subsection (2)(b)(i) are in addition to any other appropriations provided to administer the safety inspection program duties under this section."
