    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 32, DISCLOSURE OF TOBACCO INGREDIENTS, by Representative J. Tanner, et al, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 1, Line 12:    After "REPORT" insert "; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE"
2.     Page 7, Line 18:    After line 18 insert:
        "Section 4. Effective date.
        This act takes effect on July 1, 1999."
