    The Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 59, ADOPTION AMENDMENTS, by Representative N. Stephens, with the following amendments:
The purpose of the following committee amendments is to remove all amendments to First Substitute H.B. 59 made in the House and shown on the February 4, 1998 lilac.
