    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 63, REGULATION OF MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, by Representative L. Nelson, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 9, Line 22:    Delete "12" and insert "16"

2.     Page 9, Line 29:    Delete "of 30 miles per hour or greater" and insert "greater than 25 miles per hour"
