    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 71, ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING FEE, by Representative D. Bush, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 25:    After "performing drug" insert "and alcohol"

2.    Page 1, Line 25:    Delete "use no other"

3.    Page 1, Line 26:    Delete "funds for this purpose" and insert "not assess any charge or fee to the law enforcement agencies for whom the analysis tests are performed"
