    The Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 99, SENTENCING CREDIT FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR, by Representative K. Bryson, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 15:    After "commitment" delete "to imprisonment for" and insert "for incarceration in"

2.    Page 1, Line 20:    After "(1) the" delete "commitment to imprisonment" and insert "incarceration"

3.    Page 1, Line 21:    After "(2) the" delete "commitment to imprisonment" and insert "incarceration"
