    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 131, ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY FOR DRUG LAB AND PRECURSOR ACTS, by Representative A. Tyler, et al, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 26:    After "records" insert ", inventories of controlled substance precursors,"
2.    Page 2, Line 16:    After "records" insert ", inventories of controlled substance precursors,"
3.    Page 3, Line 12:    After "precursor" insert "and clandestine drug lab"
4.    Page 3, Line 12:    Delete "Section" and insert "Sections"
5.    Page 3, Line 12:    After "58-37c-18" delete "." and insert "and 58-37d-9. It is the intent of the Legislature that this appropriation be ongoing."
