    The Transportation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 132, MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE PREMIUM RATES, by Representative T. Beck, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 14:    Delete "property"

2.    Page 1, Line 15:    Delete "with comprehensive insurance coverage" and insert "or the operation of a vehicle"

3.    Page 1, Line 17:    Delete "filing" and insert "payment"
    
4.    Page 1, Line 20:    After "fault" insert ", as defined in Section 78-27-37"
