    The Health and Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 176, EMERGENCY INJECTION FOR ANAPHYLACTIC REACTION, by Representative M. Dayton, with the following amendments:

1.     Page 2, Line 18:    After "personnel" insert "who volunteers"
2.    Page 2, Lines 19-20:    After "designated by" delete "a" and insert "the school district physician, the medical director of the" and delete "or the bureau or division within the department that oversees" and insert ", or the local" and after "services" insert "director"
3.     Page 3, Line 3:    After "from" insert "the school district physician," and insert a comma after "department"
4.     Page 3, Line 4:    Delete "bureau or division within the department that oversees" and insert "local" and after "services" insert "director"
