    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 190, FELON VOTING RESTRICTIONS, by Representative C. Saunders, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, line 24    After "incarcerated" delete ", on probation, or on parole"
2.    Page 3, lines 3-4    After "next election." delete the next sentence.
3.    Page 4, line 5    After "incarcerated" delete ", on probation, or on parole"
4.    Page 4, line 13    After "has been" delete the ":" and insert "released from incarceration."
5.    Page 4, lines 14-17    Delete lines 14 through 17
