    The State and Local Affairs Committee recommends H.B. 219, NOTICE OF RIGHTS TO REMOVE MECHANICS LIEN, by Representative M. Dillree, be replaced and favorably recommends 2nd Sub. H.B. 219, RESIDENCE LIEN RECOVERY FUND AMENDMENTS.
Under suspension of the rules, the committee recommends the bill be considered read for the first time.
