    The Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 252, WATER QUALITY ACT AMENDMENTS, by Representative D. Ure, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 4, Line 22:    After "governing" insert "design and construction of"

2.    Page 4, Line 23:    After "effluent" insert "of human origin"

3.    Page 4, Line 23:    After "pressure," insert:
        "unless contained in surface pipes wholly on private property and for agricultural purposes,"

4.    Page 5 Line 10:    After "1991;" delete "or" and insert "and"
