    The Political Subdivisions Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 284, APPROPRIATION FOR BRIDGERLAND ICE ARENA, by Representative C. Buttars, with the following amendments:
    
1.     Page 1, Lines 14 and 15:    Delete "the Bridgerland Community Ice Arena, Inc.,
        a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization" and insert
        "an appropriate public entity"

2.    Page 1, Line 16:    Delete "in partnership with Hyde Park City"
