    The Revenue and Taxation Committee recommends H.B. 287, TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING, by Representative G. Davis, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 287, TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING with the following amendments:
Amends to HB 287, 2nd Sub

1.     Page 4, Line 9:    After "amended if the" insert "agency obtains the majority consent of a quorum of the taxing agency committee"

2.     Page 4, Line 10:    Delete line 10
