    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 338, BIDDING PROCESS ON STATE BUILDINGS, by Representative G. Adair, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 7:    After "AVAILABLE FUNDS;" delete "AND"

2.    Page 1, Line 8:    After "CORRECTIONS" insert "; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE"

3.    Page 3, Line 4:    After "Subsection (7)" delete "(a)"

4.    Page 5, Line 8:    After line 8 insert "Section 3. Effective Date. This act takes effect July 1, 1998."
