Mr. Speaker:

    The Judiciary Committee recommends 1st Sub. H.B. 375, AMUSEMENT PARK RIDER RESPONSIBILITY, by Representative Marda Dillree, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 2nd Sub. H.B. 375, AMUSEMENT PARK RIDER RESPONSIBILITY with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 15:    After "Information" insert "concerning the rules of conduct"

2.    Page 3, Line 20:    After "rider" insert "of sufficient age and knowledge to assume the inherent risks of an amusement ride"

3.    Page 3, Line 21:    After "operator" insert "for injuries sustained while at the amusement park"
