    The Business, Labor, and Economic Development Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 376, BAIL REFORM, by Representative G. Curtis, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 23, Line 30:    Delete Lines 30 and 31.

2.    Page 26, Line 16:    Delete Lines 16 and 17.

3.    Page 26, Line 19:    Delete " Restricted account." and insert " Fees to be used as dedicated credits."

4.    Page 26, Line 20:    Delete Lines 20 through 25 and insert "All fees and penalties collected under this chapter shall be used by the department as dedicated credits to administer this chapter."

5.    Page 33, Line 25:    Delete Lines 25 and 26.
