    The Judiciary Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 377, CONTRIBUTING TO DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR, by Representative S. Barth, with the following amendments:

1.    Page 3, Lines 2 & 3:    Delete lines 2 and 3.
2.    Page 3, Lines 7 & 8:    Delete lines 7 and 8.
3.    Page 3, Line 10:    Delete line 10.
        Renumber the Subsection accordingly.
4.     Page 3, Line 24:    After "Jury trials" insert "for adults tried"
