    The Government Operations Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.B. 409, GOVERNMENT RECORDS ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT ACT, by Representative J. Swallow, with the following amendments and recommends it be placed on the Consent Calendar.

1.    Page 1, Line 19:    After "Except as" insert "otherwise"

2.    Page 3, Line 20:    After "treatment," insert "and" and after "evaluation" insert a period and delete the rest of line 20

3.    Page 3, Line 21:    Delete line 21

4.    Page 3, Line 23:    After "private records" insert "or controlled records under Section 63-2-303"
