Styler, be replaced and reports a favorable recommendation on 1st Sub. H.B. 421, REIMBURSEMENT OF LEGAL FEES AND COSTS TO OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES with the following amendments:

1.    Page 1, Line 24:    Reinstate "shall be entitled to" and delete "may"
