    The Human Services Committee reports a favorable recommendation on H.C.R. 4, RESOLUTION URGING BUSINESSES TO ADJUST PARENT WORK SCHEDULES, by Representative R. Killpack, with the following amendments and recommends it be considered read for the second time and placed on the Consent Calendar.
