Mr. President:

    The State and Local Affairs Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 16, TRANSFER OF AGRICULTURAL LAND WITHIN CITY, by Senator R. Muhlestein, with the following amendments:
1.     Page 3 Line 11:    After " commercial" delete the brackets and reinstate the word "agricultural".
2.     Page 3 Line 14:    After the word "fide"
        Delete "division or partition of agricultural land         for agricultural purposes"
        Insert "subdivision of agricultural land for the purpose of adding the separated parcel to a parcel of unsubdivided agricultural land, provided the remaining parcel does not violate applicable zoning lot size requirements."
