    The Transportation and Public Safety Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 20, PENALTIES FOR SPEEDING IN CONSTRUCTION ZONES, by Senator D. Buhler, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 1, Line 22:    Delete "the fine for the operator's speeding" and insert "a fine imposed by the court that is at least double the fine in the uniform recommended fine schedule established under Section 76-3-301.5 for the offense."

2.     Page 1, Line 23:    Delete all of line 23
