    The Education Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 95, ORDERLY SCHOOL TERMINATION ACT AMENDMENTS, by Senator D. Steele, with the following amendments:
1.     Page 1, Line 17:    After "term" insert ", and the orderly dismissal procedures which are used by the district in cases of contract termination"

2.    Page 1, Line 24:    After "problem" delete "to the satisfaction" and insert "as determined in accordance with the evaluation and personnel policies"
