Mr. President:

    The Energy, Natural Resources, and Agriculture Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 113, LOADED VEHICLES - EXEMPTION FOR FARM VEHICLES, by Senator J. Hull, with the following amendments:
        

1.     Page 2, Line 14:        After "if the agricultural product is" insert ":(a)"

2.     Page 2, Line 15:    After "a hazard" insert "or a potential hazard" and delete the period and insert ";and (b) loaded in a manner that only allows minimal spillage due to wind blowing the agricultural product in transit."
