    The Revenue and Taxation Committee reports a favorable recommendation on S.B. 128, MUNICIPAL ENERGY SALES AND USE TAX EXEMPTION, by Senator L. Hillyard, with the following amendments:
1.    Page 2, Line 15:    After "customers" insert "who, as of July 1, 1997, were" and after "energy by a" delete "provider" and insert "supplier"

2.    Page 2, Line 17:    After "municipality is" delete "the primary supplier" and insert "a generator"

3.    Page 2, Line 19:    After "unable to" delete "provide" and insert "generate" and after "energy" delete "to" and insert "for"
